**About the Role**

We seek an enthusiastic and energetic Social Media Brand Ambassador (f/m/d) based in Brazil, bringing a wealth of experience and a passion for social media. As an integral part of our lean, fully remote organization with a flat structure, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our social media presence and amplifying our brand's voice. **What You'll Do**
- Become the face of Jaumo on social media, engaging daily with our audience and creating captivating content across our various platforms, primarily Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Craft emotionally resonant, impactful, and goal-driven social media content, with a focus on captivating short video formats
- Embrace an on-camera persona, actively participating in video content creation
- Collaborate in developing a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and advocacy
- Produce adaptable content tailored for our local social media managers in regions like Germany, Spain, and LATAM
- Optimize social media posts, partner with the Marketing team to analyze performance and growth metrics, and refine creative approaches accordingly
- Stay abreast of the latest social media trends, identifying and engaging with influencers and creators
- Actively contribute to the Marketing team, fostering Jaumo's growth and expansion
- Work in an agile manner alongside a motivated and innovative team of experts, including our two founders

**What You Bring**
- Proven expertise as a Social Media Brand Ambassador or a similar role
- Exceptional proficiency in TikTok and Instagram, encompassing filming, editing, and feature utilization
- Design, video editing, and social media copywriting expertise
- In-depth knowledge of current TikTok and Instagram trends and popular sounds
- Deep understanding of successful TikTok/Instagram content strategies
- Ability to craft compelling narratives and drive engagement through content
- Hands-on experience managing social media accounts on Instagram and TikTok
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Brazilian Portuguese
- Self-motivation and adaptability to remote work with mínimal direction

**Our Hiring Process**

Our structured hiring process comprises three stages, including an online test, and typically takes up to a few weeks, depending on the pace of each stage:

- Initial Application Review
- Online Test - Approximately 34 minutes
- Job Fit Interview - Approximately 30 minutes (with the CEO/Co-founder)
- Homework Assignment - Approximately 2 hours
- Skills Interview - Approximately 90 minutes (with several team members, including future colleagues)
