Context As the Marketing Ambassador Brazil, you will be the dynamic, hands‑on executor of our local strategy. This role is a crucial blend of marketing execution, strategic content creation (for both social media and in‑app), partnership development, and on‑site brand representation. You will be the pulse of the brand in Brazil, responsible for translating global strategy into local success. Key Responsibilities Content creation & partnerships management Develop and create engaging, trend‑driven content for both social media and in‑app messages. Work closely with our internal Graphic Design team to ensure all content directly supports user activation goals. Drive our content partnership strategy: identify, pitch, and negotiate strategic collaborations with local brands, then lead the execution of these partnerships to expand happn's reach and boost brand credibility. Monitor and analyze social media metrics (engagement, reach, sentiment) and deliver clear, actionable reports and insights to the central marketing team. Monitor and actively moderate social media comments and discussions, ensuring a safe and positive community environment by swiftly addressing conflicts and removing inappropriate content according to brand guidelines. Event & Brand Representation Represent happn at local events, capture and create high‑quality immediate content (photos, Reels, Stories) for real‑time social media publishing, and provide logistical & organizational support to ensure smooth execution and strong brand presence. Market Insights Collect and relay relevant user feedback and market intelligence back to the Product and Marketing teams to inform future localization and feature development. Required Qualifications Native‑level fluency in Brazilian Portuguese with exceptional copywriting skills, a keen eye for local slang, and strong verbal communication abilities. Fluency in English (written and verbal) is mandatory for seamless collaboration, reporting, and communication with our international teams. Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a fast‑paced B2C environment, tech, or mobile app company. Experience in local partnerships or business development is a strong plus. A genuine passion and deep interest in relationship topics, modern dating culture, and the nuances of connection in Brazil. Ability to effectively brief and collaborate with graphic designers. Willingness and availability to travel occasionally to support and capture content at local events. Highly creative, proactive, autonomous, results‑oriented, and able to represent the brand professionally and enthusiastically in all settings. Initial 3‑month trial period, with the intention of continuing the collaboration if successful. Part‑time freelance opportunity open for someone preferably based in São Paulo or Rio de Janeiro.
