The Cloud People, is a Full ServiceNow Lifecycle Partner that is growing rapidly in Europe, US and Brazil. To join our team in Brazil, we are looking for Senior ServiceNow Developers’

**Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate functional design workshops.
- Develop ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
- Engage with clients to understand technical needs and validate requirements.
- Proactively propose creative solutions to overcome business challenges and technical roadblocks.
- Collaborate with Pre-Sales and Delivery teams to support workshops, and proof-of-concept designs.
- Execute hands-on technical delivery of ServiceNow solutions, encompassing design, development, testing, and implementation.
- Contribute to the development and growth of services offered by The Cloud People.
- Effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Write clear and concise documentation at various levels.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- 2+ years of ServiceNow project implementation experience.
- Proven ability to participate in customer-facing workshops.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform functionality, development, and best practices.
- Hold the ServiceNow Certifications. The ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification as a fundamental requirement and one CIS(must-have).
- Proficient in scripting languages like JavaScript.
- Has worked with web services (REST, SOAP), XML, JSON.
- Experience with Agile and Scrum development methodologies.

**Bonus**:

- ServiceNow CSM implementation experience.
- Understanding of CSM business domain and ability to translate it into practical ServiceNow solutions.

**Must have**:
Fluent English
- Fluent Portuguese
- Work on GMT-3
