Boeing Brazil is looking for a **Business Support Analyst**, reporting to the International Enterprise Services Manager, working out of the **Sao Jose Dos Campos, Brazil** office.
The Boeing International Enterprise Services (BIES) team is seeking a highly organized Business Support Analyst who is adept at prioritization, bi-lingual written/verbal communications (Portuguese & English) and highly interpersonal skills to be the focal point responsible for processing invoices and payments according to internal procedures for it headquarter in Brazil at Sao Jose dos Campos providing excellence in the payments and financial processes.
**Position Responsibilities**:
- Supports facility operations and provisioning and non-real-property planning and project administration.
- Performs routing recurring accounting, invoicing, cost analysis, tax or other business objectives through collecting, processing and distributing cost or financial data. Interface with suppliers to request and administer invoices and its payments.
- Interface with external accounting providers to guarantee Tax payments are complete and compliance
- Participates in documenting business processes and procedures for the purpose of safeguarding people, property, information and the environment while demonstrating understanding of policies and compliance standards.
- Provides guidance and coordinates issues or concerns from Local Hires and international leaders and assignees.
- Supports other non-related back office activities and projects from HR, Security, IT, Finance, Legal, Ethics by providing excellence local knowledge base to headquarters and be the bridge to connect multiple areas to success project implementations.
- Process office and property accounting, invoicing, cost analysis, tax or other business objectives through collecting, processing and distributing cost or financial data.
- Supports procurement agent at local site in negotiating vendor costs and in coordinating and organizing activities.
- Business Support services and traveler assistance for multiple delegated business activities such as Enterprise Services, Site Services, Finance & Business, Security & Fire Protection and Supplier Management. Implements HR processes for international local hire employees (i.e. on boarding, leave services and employment termination) and provides guidance and assistance for international assignee with routine issues or concerns.
**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)**:
- University/College degree in Administration, Economics or, other related courses or some years' related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint).
- Must be legally able to work in Brazil.
- Proficient in both verbal and written communications skills in the English Language.
**Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)**:
- Experience as Facilities analyst, Finance Analyst.
- Experience using Concur travel/expense software or a similar travel and expense management system.
- Experience processing invoices and payments through multiple online payment tools, reconciling payments.
- Enjoy interacting with people and excel at creating and sustaining positive and effective working relationships at all levels both internal and external to the company.
- Open to other duties as assigned and willing to take on additional projects as growth and development opportunities.
- Demonstrate high standards and integrity to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Oracle experience.
- Brazilian Tax regulations knowledge.
