**Job Summary**

As a Support Analyst in Transportation Management you will leverage your expertise in database management ASP.NET MVC Framework and Javascript to support and enhancement our systems. You will work in a hybrid model collaborating with teams to ensure efficient data handling and security. Your role will be pivotal in driving improvements and ensuring seamless operations within the transportation domain.

**Responsibilities**
- Optimize database queries to improve system performance and ensure efficient data retrieval and processing.
- Manage SQL Server Management Studio mySQL and Oracle databases to maintain data integrity and security.
- Implement database security measures to protect sensitive information and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand transportation management requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for database-related issues to minimize downtime and enhance user experience.
- Conduct regular database audits to identify and resolve potential vulnerabilities and performance bottlenecks.
- Oversee the integration of new database technologies to enhance system capabilities and support business growth.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all transportation management systems to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Lead initiatives to improve database scalability and efficiency in line with evolving business needs.
- Utilize your language skills in English Portuguese and Spanish to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in database technologies and transportation management practices.
- Drive continuous improvement in database management processes to support the companys strategic objectives.

**Domain Skills**
- Possess strong expertise in Query Optimization and SQL Server Management Studio to ensure optimal database performance.
- Have extensive experience with mySQL and Oracle databases demonstrating proficiency in managing complex data environments.
- Demonstrate knowledge in Database Security to safeguard sensitive information and ensure compliance.
- Exhibit domain expertise in Transportation Management to effectively address industry-specific challenges.
- Be fluent in English Portuguese and Spanish to facilitate seamless communication with global teams.
- Show proficiency in T-SQL for efficient data manipulation and reporting.
- Have a solid understanding of database integration and scalability to support business growth.
