**Head of Product, Flex Benefits**

Swile is looking for a dynamic and innovative person to lead our product management team, initially focusing on the Brazilian market and merging all products developed in Brazil into our Global Flex Benefits platform. As the Head of Product at Swile, you will drive product development and change, considering legal regulations in Brazil and other countries where we operate.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead product teams to drive innovation and enhance the user experience, placing our users and customers at the center of all product discussions
- Make data-driven decisions by leveraging high-quality data and preparing teams to adopt a data-driven approach
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to improve user experience and enable customers and end users to maximize Swile's potential
- Oversee the product delivery of multiple teams
- Effectively communicate and influence stakeholders with data-backed ideas
- Foster growth opportunities and skills development while promoting a culture of continuous improvement
- Participate in hiring processes
- Identify and resolve problems, enhancing processes where necessary.
- Work closely with the engineering team to align goals and strategy.
- Craft a product strategy aligned with Swile's goals, providing a multi-year vision and quarterly roadmaps.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record of 6 years in product management roles within tech companies
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing product managers
- Proficient in utilizing data and writing queries
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to engage engineering teams and promote an MVP mindset.
- Drive innovation and effectively compete against highly innovative tech companies, finding intelligent solutions to non-trivial problems
- Excellent communication skills to engage with both technical teams and business stakeholders
- Experience launching and scaling products in multiple countries
- Proven track record on finding opportunities for revenue growth and influence senior executives to invest in your product strategies
- Passionate about the #Worktech idea
- Strong desire for continuous learning and personal growth

**Preferred requirements**:

- Proficiency in SQL
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, or Business, or equivalent work experience on related fields
- Experience working on technical and customer-facing products
