Como será seu dia a dia:

- Participar ativamente das discoveries, trazendo insights e levando a visão de UX Writing;
- Defender as necessidades da pessoa usuária, sempre levando em consideração que escrevemos estrategicamente para melhorar a usabilidade;
- Atuar colaborativamente em dupla com o product designer em todo o nosso processo de design;
- Propor soluções que levem em consideração a tríade usuário, negócio e tecnologia;
- Ser a pessoa facilitadora, conduzir dinâmicas com stakeholders e/ou usuários para ideação, mapeamento de dados, levantamento de hipóteses, etc.

O que esperamos de você:

- Bom conhecimento de gramática em inglês e português;
- Conhecimento de heurísticas de UX, microcopy para usabilidade e arquitetura da informação;
- Habilidade de negociação para influenciar o produto e/ou outras áreas a respeito da importância de UX Writing;
- Preparação para lidar com feedbacks constantes;
- Familiaridade com metodologias ágeis, scrum, design thinking;
- Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita.
