**About the Job**

At Dadosfera, our mission is to empower clients by transforming data into actionable insights. We are seeking a Head of Commercial Sales to drive revenue growth, develop impactful sales strategies, and lead a high-performance sales team. This role requires a strong understanding of the data and technology markets and the ability to create solutions that align with our clients' needs.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage the commercial sales team, driving revenue growth and ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand Dadosfera’s reach, maximize client engagement, and oversee the full sales cycle from lead generation to post-sales support.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders to identify new business and upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and tech) to ensure sales strategies align with broader business goals.
- Analyze sales metrics and market trends, presenting reports and forecasts to executive leadership.
- Recruit, onboard, and mentor new sales team members, fostering a culture of performance excellence.

**Minimum Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree is a plus).
- 8+ years of experience in sales, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role, preferably in the tech or data sectors.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing successful sales teams.
- Deep knowledge of data and technology markets, with an ability to adapt to emerging trends.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and data analytics platforms.
- English fluency.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience with SaaS sales models and subscription-based services.
- Established network within the technology and data sectors.
- Background in scaling teams in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
