Inglês Fluente;
Sólida Experiência em liderança de equipes e gestão de manutenção em ambiente automotivo industrial;
Conhecimento em NR's e SAP

**Your mission, roles and responsibilities**:

- ❯Gerir equipes e garantir a execução das manutenções corretiva, preventiva e preditiva;
- ❯ Liderar o TPM com foco em Manutenção Autônoma e Planejada;
- ❯Controlar o budget da manutenção (Capex/Opex) com foco em eficiência;
- ❯Monitorar e atuar sobre KPIs técnicos: OEE, NOEE;
- ❯Conduzir análises de falhas (RCA, FMEA, 5 Porquês) e implementar melhorias;
- ❯Garantir a operação dos sistemas de automação industrial (SIMENS);
- ❯Liderar projetos de automação, retrofit e Indústria 4.0;
- ❯Assegurar conformidade com normas de segurança e padrões globais (NRs, FES, IATF);
