Role Overview

**What are we looking for**:
Payroll Admin Specialist to perform operations and assignments to deliver payroll for the county in collaboration with the country payroll team, responding adequately to customer needs, and to analyze and update work procedures based on developments in the domain.

**We count on you for**:

- Deliver timely up-to standard payroll services responding to customer needs while managing interfaces with providers system;
- Provide user documentations, expertise and support to colleagues and internal stakeholders;
- Drive continuous accounting compliance by ensuring appropriate audits of payroll inputs;
- Optimized interfaces with key stakeholders.
- Continuous improvement mind:

- Find the best solution or appropriate answer to customers in case of escalation or from discussion with HR Managers;
- Identify toll and processes improvement areas and be “motor” to analyze, redesign and implement the change in collaboration with the country team and the design team/continuous improvement; participate actively in sharing knowledge and informations within the payroll & benefits team of own country and within the payroll platform

**You will bring**:
**Education and Experience**
- Graduated in business, economics, accounting, statistics or HR Technical Skills
- Fluent in English
- Good or deep knowledge of the payroll operations or benefits administrations
- Experience in payroll and benefits process

**Technical Skills**:

- Google enviroment knowledge
- Excel
- SAP Knowledge (diferential)

**Desired behaviors**:
