Job Description:As a liaison between the implementation team and clients, you will act as a key communicator to better understand their business needs.You will also serve as a mentor or trainer for partners, preparing functional specifications that detail design and configuration.">You will be responsible for configuring payroll processes and designing required integration. Additionally, you will develop payroll rules and schemas according to client requirements, collaborate on problem-solving with the implementation team, create technical and functional specifications for global teams considering integrations, reports, and interfaces.">Furthermore, you will work with clients to implement local templates up-to-date with local regulations into LATAM clients, provide clients with status updates on implementations, support project documentation, and provide orientation on technical and service design.">Key responsibilities include meeting with clients as needed, applying country-specific functional knowledge to enhance services focused on the client, conducting and/or leading unitary tests, and collaborating to enhance documentation applied across LATAM implementations.">You will have extensive experience in SAP HCM implementations related to LATAM countries such as Argentina, Brazil, and/or Colombia payroll (PY).Required skills include a complete college degree, advanced English-speaking skills, and advanced Spanish-speaking skills.">">Required Skills & Qualifications:Extensive experience in SAP HCM implementations related to LATAM countriesComplete college degreeAdvanced English-speaking skillsAdvanced Spanish-speaking skillsBenefits:Others:
