**Systems Administrator**
**_Location: Atibia, Brazil_**

**Position Summary**:
The Systems Administrator will have responsibility to Design, implement, lead and facilitate collaboration technologies at Cooper Standard, to include Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and other technologies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide leadership and participates in implementing new requirements and capabilities
- Works with internal stakeholders to deliver technology solutions that improve operational efficiency with a focus on process improvement and automation
- Aligns Microsoft 365 platform capabilities to business strategy and IT roadmaps
- Leverage metrics to support infrastructure and make adjustments to ensure optimized user experiences.
- Design and implement process automation with Power Automate and MS Flow
- Keep up to date with SharePoint, OneDrive, MS Teams and Cloud-based PBX developments and perform version updates and upgrades.
- Troubleshoot problems and issues identified by customers
- Maintaining system related documentation
- Contributes to governance processes as well as interpret and develop policies and procedures
