**Role Scope**:
We are looking for an experienced **B2B Sales/Relationship Specialist** with a proven track record of developing and expanding business in competitive, fast-moving markets. This role focuses on generating high-value deals and building strategic relationships with enterprise-level clients.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Originate and close large-scale **B2B deals**, negotiating contracts with high-volume potential.
**Develop and nurture client relationships** across multiple regions and business models.
Act as a **strategic advisor** for clients, offering tailored solutions in **bank cards**, **alternative payments**, and **crypto**.
Collaborate with **product, legal**, and **technical teams** to shape offerings and deliver customized proposals.
Lead **negotiations** with **C-level executives** and manage complex, multi-regional integrations.
Drive **client account expansion**, aiming for significant growth in **transaction volume** and value.
Provide valuable insights from client interactions to influence product and service improvements.
**Required Experience & Qualifications**:
**5+ years** in **Key Account** or **Enterprise Sales**, preferably in **fintech, payments, banking**, **_SaaS_**, or **high-risk industries**.
Proven experience closing **strategic deals** and managing **long-term B2B relationships**.
Deep knowledge of **payment solutions** (PSP, acquiring, alternative payments, open banking, crypto, compliance, onboarding).
Ability to effectively communicate **technical and commercial information** to decision-makers.
**Proactive self-starter** with strong skills in **negotiation**, **presentation**, and **relationship management**.
**Fluent English (C1+)** required for **negotiations**, **correspondence**, and **executive presentations**.
