As a Franchise Strategy Jr. Manager for Stills Category, you will be responsible for Operations performance tracking and business intelligence across disciplines within the total Stills Portfolio for South region (Brazil and South Cone); Analysis of key business indicators, pulling data & insights to identify opportunities, provide recommendations and ignite actionable commercial levers at market level on the short and long-term.
In this position, you will enable Stills projects and strategic priorities, connecting people and integrating actionable insights to boost growth strategies.
**What You’ll Do for Us**
- Responsible for Stills South strategic agenda and ambition for the short and long-term.
- Capture and network best practices, import and export good ideas.
- Identify and develop business opportunities and plans, with continuous analysis of business opportunities by developing Key Performance Indicators to achieve revenue goals. Along with the continued assessment of local capabilities to ensure that the execution plan is correctly supported.
- Analyze issues by packages and develop activities focusing trade, sales force and consumers closely with other related areas, such as Shopper, Operations, Marketing, Technical and Finance resulting in robust plans.
- Translate shopper and channel insights, trends and assessments, into channel strategies and plans.
- Identify success factors that drive growth in revenue per case, faster transaction growth than volume growth, and growth in system /customer profitability and market PerCapita number.
**Qualification & Requirements**
- BA in business, engineering, economics or related
- Minimum 2-3 years of Business and/or functional experience in Operation/Business Intelligence/Strategy related areas
- Ability to collaborate and influence multifunctional peers to proactively assess insights/opportunities for further growth.
- BI savvy: Usage of PowerBI and Excel, services such as Nielsen, and KANTAR among other tools to generate insights and the storytelling around them.
- Usage of fact-based, strategic approach to identify the key insights and priorities to boost the business.
- Able to work in a diverse cultural environment, efficient communicator and influencer.
- Ability to thrive within a network of multiple stakeholders of different seniority levels and manage uncertainty.
- Problem framing and problem-solving: ability to structure and coordinate / lead cross functional analysis, initiatives, or efforts.
- Systemic thinking: Holistic approach to analyze factors and interactions contributing to the KO system's business. Being comfortable with ambiguity and willingness to challenge the status quo.
