**Global Quality Program Manager**
**Introduction to the Job**
We are looking for an Global Quality Program Manager who can join our multicultural team in Rio de Janeiro.
**Job description**:
- Lead, develop and execute strategy to standardize Quality functional processes and IT systems for process execution across TechnipFMC.
- Facilitates global quality network to ensure alignment of objectives to create customer success.
- Facilitates continuous improvement initiatives assuring process integrity supporting the operational goals and objectives.
- Will work and interface with Global and GBU Quality Directors & Managers, global functional leaders and process owners. Support Global Quality and QMS improvement projects.
- Process Responsible for key quality processes and will support Sr. Quality Leadership in simplifying, improving and standardizing quality processes globally.
- Location: Rio de Janeiro
**You are meant for this job if**:
- BS or MSC degree in Engineering or related field.
- Solid leadership experience (preferably Quality Management, Quality Systems, and Project management)
- Transformational Leader with a strong ability to direct, influence, and set/execute clear vision for diverse global teams
- Ability to delegate and work through regional teams and without a team of direct reports (as necessary)
- ASQ Certified Manager of Quality, Process Improvement (LEAN, RCA, etc.) certifications preferred
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Industry Standards (ISO 9001, API Q1, API Q2)
- Experience in creating and implementing standard global processes and systems.
- Experience in strategic deployment of quality into one of prevention/error proofing.
- Must have solid knowledge of quality management systems, manufacturing processes, auditing, data analysis techniques, and quality cost principles.
- Possess good PC skills and knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software.
- Possess effective leadership ability within a team environment.
- Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, and negotiation, motivating, and planning skills.
- Advanced English
