**About the Team**

Companies that are planning their SAP Business Suite journey are looking for structured information and guidance to choose the optimal implementation process. To help companies on their transformation journey, SAP has created SAP Activate, an innovation as a service designed for the implementation of SAP products and solutions. SAP Activate provides customers with ready-to-deploy business processes, guided methodology, and integrated tools to support their solution implementation.

In this role, you will drive the design, content build, communications, and rollout of the SAP Activate methodology content in a specific product or solution area as a member of the SAP Business Suite Product Management tea

**Location**
- This role is based in the SAP Labs offices in São Leopoldo (BR).

**Required Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, engineering, business, or related field.
- Experience from the use of SAP Activate methodology, tools, and best practices in full lifecycle customer engagements.
- Strong customer centricity: observant and able to draw conclusions about what is best for the customer.
- Excellent proven communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn new techniques and tools quickly and leverage them in daily work.
- Excellent communication in English, both written and spoken.
- Demonstrated experience and willingness to work across time zones and cross cultures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment.

**Preferred Skills**
- Previous demonstrated experience in the design or creation of implementation methodologies for cloud solutions.
- Experience in Product Management or related areas is a strong plus.
- Proven experience in implementing SAP cloud products and solutions, including SAP S/4HANA Cloud, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Concur, etc., is a plus.
- Proven ability to work across organizational boundaries.
- Good understanding of the SAP software development life cycle.

**Expectations and Tasks**

We are seeking a colleague to serve as a Product Expert responsible for leading the design, creation, communication, and deployment of the SAP Activate methodology for SAP Business Suite. In this role, you will define, innovate, and document SAP solution implementation strategies and guidance for a wide range of end users, including SAP customers, functional consultants, technology experts, enterprise architects, and project managers—from SAP and SAP implementation partners.

You must have a passion for our state-of-the-art products, combined with knowledge of the solution implementation processes and market requirements. We expect an open mindset and passion to innovate, especially in the optimization of implementation cost, elimination of waste, simplification, automation, and the ability to drive and coordinate execution.

In this role, you will:

- Efficiently identify and document customer needs and requirements in close interaction with SAP Activate team colleagues, customers, and ecosystem partners.
- Analyze usage patterns, formulate hypotheses, and define how to adjust the content to better serve the customer’s needs.
- Engage with and influence a broad set of contributors and experts across the SAP organization to drive the design and realization of implementation guidance.
- Proactively partner with SAP experts to drive the development of the methodology guidance and implementation accelerators.
- Actively work on developing and optimizing SAP Activate methodology content with support from SAP experts across a range of solutions.
- Drive adoption of SAP Activate through an active engagement with the SAP Community, supporting the delivery of rollout materials, videos, and enablement sessions for customers and partners.
