You will transform our market and accelerate our momentum for our Cloud products.Our team is responsible for executing our strategy, scope, and the complete customer experience for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Public Edition. We focus on unlocking the right capabilities of our digital core with the needed focus to scale the business.You will have impact and contact by bridging between our customer demand, our sales priorities and our Product definition and development units. Customer adoption for S/4HANA (regardless of the deployment option) and rollout of new functionality will be an important part of your daily role.**What you'll do**You will collaborate with our customers, Field Sales, Field Services, Partner organization, Product teams, and Development teams across SAP to:- Keep track of your customer engagements and work with Customers, Services, and Partners to assess and prioritize requests during the implementation of S/4HANA in the Americas Region.- Help safeguard the setup of implementation projects of S/4HANA by supporting and enabling the Americas Regional teams and roles to manage customer expectations beyond existing rolling 4-quarter roadmaps.- Manage (Understand, analyze, and categorize) customer individual demand for the S/4HANA in a regional setup assuring one face to one customer from Product Success and Cloud Co-innovation.- Work with Product and Development teams to compile SAP’s product roadmap based on customer feedback.- Be the product's voice for Customers, Sales, and Presales by advocating solution readiness and innovations to drive the adoption of S/4HANA.- Prepare and conduct expert testing on planned and future functionality of S/4HANA along with cross-functional products that will deliver the SAP Intelligent Enterprise Suite.Your impact and support of our deliverables on the strategy of our innovations will be key via:- Experience in working with clients in analyzing and transferring market and client demand directly into the Product Management/Development teams (functional specification, co-innovation, etc.).- Excellent ability to liaise with different internal organizations (Development, Preferred success organization, Customer first organization, Field, etc.), becoming a key counterpart for stakeholders in Product Management / Development organization.- Outstanding project management skills to align with the respective areas and drive projects successfully along tight deadlines.- Seamless collaboration with the S/4HANA Co-Innovation program, with a special focus on large and strategic customers.**What you'll bring**- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Business Administration (Finance, Accounting, and/or Engineering) or comparable education required.- Experience in developing and/or implementing and/or using SAP S/4HANA Cloud - Public Cloud, SAP S/4HANA Cloud - Private Cloud, SAP S/4HANA On-Premise, SAP Business Suite (SAP ERP) and understanding of underlying functionality, architecture & technology- Knowledge of professional software development.
