Tidal is a Direct Placement Agency that helps job seekers find job opportunities for real growth. We work with stable, responsible businesses experienced in remote hires and are excited to welcome international team members. Tidal is owned and operated by consumer brand owners and operators. We have offshore team-building experience and aim to help businesses leverage global talent.

**About This Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the design team to produce on-brand creative content.
- Plan, manage, and execute marketing calendars for lead generation and awareness campaigns.
- Track and report on campaign metrics (open rates, engagement, conversions).
- Optimize campaigns based on performance insights and feedback.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects with sales, design, and leadership teams.
- Ensure all marketing deliverables are on time and meet high standards.
- Communicate proactively with the U.S. team to provide insights, progress updates, and recommendations.

- Adobe Creative Suite (Optional)

**Qualifications**:

- At least 3-5 years of freelancing experience
- 4+ years of marketing experience with a focus on creative or brand content.
- Experience working remotely with U.S.based teams.
- Strong creative writing and storytelling skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms like HubSpot and Meta Ads Manager.
- Proven ability to plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns.
- Experience managing marketing projects and deadlines.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with B2B marketing or eCommerce is a bonus, but not required.

**Shift Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm US PST
