The Sr. Financial Accounting and Reporting Specialist will work in a fast-paced environment in a high visibility role. The Sr. Financial Reporting Specialist will be responsible for monthly close activities for internal reporting and quarterly/annual financial reporting activities for external reporting to the SEC.

**Your Impact**
- Performs month-end close accounting activities and assists in preparing consolidated financial statements for monthly management reporting.
- Prepares quarterly and annual financial reporting footnote disclosures and workpapers for various areas (including inventory, debt, segments, commitments, and contingencies, etc.) as well as internal reporting schedules.
- Assists in preparing areas of SEC quarterly and annual reports including the Proxy Statement as assigned.
- Compiles financial information related to the Company's earnings releases and Form 8-Ks.
- Assists in researching and implementing new accounting pronouncements, including both SEC and US GAAP reporting and disclosure requirements

**Your Experience and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
- English proficiency level: Advanced or fluent. The position reports to a Global Manager in NA.
- Financial reporting background or auditing experience with a public accounting firm
- Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP)
- Chartered Accountant or CPA license or accounting qualification preferred
- Workiva and OneStream familiarity preferred but not required
