**About the Role**
Are you a young professional looking to develop your career in a global and dynamic environment? Our **Young Professional Program (YPP) - Customer Service Analyst** position in Rio Claro, Brazil, is an exciting opportunity to grow within Coesia, an international leader in industrial and packaging solutions.

As part of the **Customer Service Sales Department**, you will play a key role in developing and strengthening our service sales structure and market. Throughout the program, you will receive structured training, mentorship, and hands-on experience in a role with high visibility and impact.

- Build strong customer relationships through periodic visits, promoting the importance of **original spare parts and upgrades**.
- Analyze market data and the installed base of machines to propose **spare parts solutions and machinery upgrades**, coordinating with the Branch Manager and Sales Manager.
- Lead the **sales offer process and customer order management**, including negotiation and follow-up, to support the Customer Service Sales budget.
- Work closely with the **Service Product Team** to align technical and commercial needs with market demands.
- Collaborate with the **Customer Service Operations Department** to provide **technical support** for customers' maintenance needs, ensuring the correct spare parts are available.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback on installed machinery through structured surveys to enhance customer satisfaction.

**What You Need to Be Successful**
- A master’s degree (or bachelor's with relevant experience) in Business, Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
- 0 to 3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Customer Service (international exposure is a plus).
- Fluency in English and Portuguese (a third language is a plus).
- Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and identify business opportunities.
- Proactive attitude and a mindset focused on continuous improvement.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle technical and commercial challenges effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with customers, internal teams, and key stakeholders.
- Sales orientation, with the ability to anticipate customer needs and seize business opportunities.
- Adaptability to dynamic and fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
- Availability to live in Rio Claro, SP.
