**About the Role**
Are you a young professional looking to develop your career in a global and dynamic environment? Our **Young Professional Program (YPP) - Customer Service Planner** position in Rio Claro, Brazil, offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in service operations, machine installations, and planning. Through structured training and mentorship, you will develop key skills to support our growing market.

- Manage and draft **technical documentation** to support the department.
- Monitor **technical installations** through data reports and analysis.
- Oversee **HSE procedures, processes, and contracts** with external providers.
- Coordinate the **provision and rental of lift equipment** in collaboration with external customers.
- **Organize and manage travel** for technical service personnel.
- **Plan technical resources** to support external customer needs efficiently.

**What You Need to Be Successful**
- A degree in Engineering or related fields.
- 0 to 3 years of experience in Customer Service Operations or Planning activities.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese/Spanish (a third language is a plus).
- Strong problem-solving skills to handle complex technical challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
- Proactive and adaptable mindset to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
