**Job Description**:
Our Regulatory Affairs team bring new medical advancements to the world by facilitating communications and procedures that allow swift, organized compliance across regulatory agencies. We are an international network on the leading-edge of healthcare breakthroughs that help provide new, reliable, and compliant medical products, practices and solutions to the world.
The Regulatory Affairs Associate Director will direct the regulation process for biopharmaceutical, ensuring the procedures are compliant to the legislation of the target country and the timely execution and registration of products. Also, with the growing importance of our Intelligence Business, the professional will also be accountable for supporting the global strategy in regulatory issues.
The person will play a key role in promoting the strategic direction and priorities of the organization, leading efforts to build new capabilities where needed, providing support for cross functional collaboration throughout the enterprise
**Main Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree;
- Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, J.D., DVM) is preferred;
- English language proficiency is a must;
- Professional experience in animal health and/or agriculture-specific policy, regulatory affairs, industry associations;
- Demonstrated expertise and in-depth knowledge of relevant animal health products regulatory and legislative frameworks;
- Experience developing policy engagement strategies and directing successful execution of tactics to deliver on set objectives;
- Demonstrated experience and ability to manage a team, establishing a fluid and clear work process;
- Ability to work in a complex and changing environment;
- Manage several projects at any one time and yet demonstrates clear focus on top objectives and priorities as required;
- Able to take ownership of and drive projects forward to ensure timely completion;
- Proven track record of prioritization, organization, time management, and ability to meet deadlines.
