O time de Marketing & Growth é responsável pela construção da marca e também por toda a jornada do usuário com o nosso produto (aquisição, engajamento e retenção), somos um time pequeno com desafios gigantes, procuramos uma pessoa pró-ativa, data-driven, com senso crítico para construção de hipóteses e métricas, que trabalhe de forma autônoma e não tenha medo de fazer questionamentos.

Quais serão as tarefas?

Identificar oportunidades, a partir de análise de dados, construção de modelos, teste de hipóteses, desenvolvimento de protótipos, projeção de desempenho, criação de dashboards e insights para apoiar as decisões de negócio;
Construir data products consumíveis pelo time de Marketing & Growth e demais times da Turbi, viabilizando abordagem data driven para a tomada de decisão;
Suportar times de aquisição e engajamento com análises e estruturas de dados que viabilizem agilidade e autonomia na condução de seus entregáveis;
Liderar não somente a geração de insights, mas também a implantação dessas frentes, aplicando o insight ao negócio, com geração de valor;
Ser um dos embaixadores da cultura de dados dentro da Turbi.

O que esperamos de você?

Formação em Ciências da Computação, Engenharias, áreas afins ou sólida experiência como Data Analyst;
Agilidade para entender novos conceitos, identificar oportunidades e propor soluções;
Foco em entrega e resultados;
Conhecimento avançado em Banco de Dados Relacionais (SQL);
Domínio em linguagem de programação (Python);
Desejável experiência com app events;
Desejável experiência com análises geográficas;
Inglês Avançado é um diferencial.
