Platzi is the leading online education platform in Latin America, helping students from all over the world acquire new, in-demand skills and stay up-to-date with the tech industry. Over 2 M students come to Platzi to boost their careers by taking inspiring design, marketing, business and programming courses from top professionals.

At Plazi Education Team has seven Faculties: Computer Science, Marketing, Design, Business, Professional Growth, Startups, English and Digital Content. Each one has its own team that can be conformed by a Dean, Course Directors and other roles. They are in charge of making their Faculty grow by creating content, nourishing Platzi's community and building networks with experts and companies of their industries.

**Responsibilities**:

- You will be in charge of guiding teachers in the preparation of the pedagogical structure of their courses.
- Organize and is be accountable for the content created within the framework of a School.
- Implementing improvements in the contents of the faculty from its communication with the Quality Assurance team and the analysis of metrics to ensure that the contents meet high quality standards.
- Proposes and directs complementary learning experiences to the creation of courses (challenges, live sessions, meetups, blogposts).
- Generates iterations in the contents from the feedback of students and the analysis of metrics.

**Qualifications**:
**Requirements**:

- Knowledge and 3+ years of experience in Computer Science Subjects.
- English: B1 or higher
- Spanish: is a plus
