This role is hybrid in Florianópolis and requires daily communication in English.ResponsibilitiesBe proactive and communicative with a focus on hiring, talent hunting, people operations, and administrative processes.Thrive in dynamic environments, stay detail-oriented, and work with autonomy and responsibility.Engage with clients or internal stakeholders to understand business needs when appropriate.Collaborate within a multicultural team that values transparency, high performance, and continuous feedback.Operate in a hybrid setting based in Florianópolis with daily English communication.QualificationsMust-haves: English proficiency (spoken and written); living in Florianópolis – SC; interest in head hunting, people operations, and administrative work; strong communication skills.Nice-to-haves: Previous experience with administrative or service-related tasks; familiarity with Excel or spreadsheets; experience in fast-paced environments or startups; international experience; Undergraduate degree; soft skills: proactivity, problem-solving mindset, clear and effective communication.Employment detailsContractor (PJ); Competitive compensation - R$2.5K (possibility of increasing to R$5k after 6 months).
