We are a team of passionate individuals about hardware, software, and network infrastructure looking to build the fastest, easiest-to-use, developer-centric single-tenant Cloud infrastructure. If you share this passion, join our growing team of talented people and help build the future of the Internet.

**Summary**

At Latitude, we believe that great people shape great companies—and we’re looking for an HR Manager to help us build the kind of culture where talent thrives. This role is about more than policies and processes; it’s about creating an environment where people feel heard, supported, and empowered to do their best work.

We need someone ready to take ownership, bring fresh ideas, and execute with agility—always focused on what matters: people. You’ll have the autonomy to drive meaningful change and the freedom to reinvent how we think about HR.

**Key Responsabilities**
- Own and lead the People function, integrating Culture, Performance, Development, Engagement, and People Ops.
- Provide direction and support across key HR areas, including payroll/admin and talent acquisition.
- Design and implement practical, simple, and scalable people processes that serve our business without unnecessary bureaucracy.
- Partner with team leads and leadership on people-related challenges, balancing technical reasoning with relational depth.
- Act as a cultural ambassador, ensuring that everything we build reflects the tone and values of Latitude.
- Use data and people insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Be the go-to person for sensitive or complex people matters with empathy and discretion.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Solid experience as an HRBP or HR Manager in startups or companies going through scaling/building phases.
- Track record of creating and implementing efficient, modern people processes from scratch.
- Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to a fast, informal, and direct work culture.
- Comfortable working autonomously and making decisions in low-structure environments.
- Creative thinker with a bias for action and a pragmatic approach to HR.
- Ability to switch gears between strategic thinking and day-to-day execution.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in English communication, at least at a B2 level or above.

**What do we offer?**
- Paid Time Off;
- Competitive Compensation;
- Work Anniversary bonus;
- Wellhub (former Gympass);
- Sulamérica Health Care Insurance;
- Annual Bonus based on company and team performance;
- Flexible work hours.
