Local Unit & Position Description:
**Objective of the role**:

- Supply Chain Audits in DNV consist of assurance services (certification excluded) based on recognized standards (e.g., SMETA/SEDEX, RBA, ABVTEX) or customized protocols (e.g., Code of Conduct and Own Policies) aimed at assessing the compliance of a supplier’s base to defined requirements on working conditions (labor standards, local laws, and quality compliance). These services might include additional areas (e.g., environmental compliance, business integrity/ethics, security, food safety, etc.) but labor standards must be a mandatory element.

These services might include the definition of client-specific requirements and criteria for supplier qualification, evaluation, and monitoring; second party social/ethical activities; training programs for suppliers and IT tool development to manage suppliers’ evaluation and monitoring.

We are now looking for a Junior Process Analyst for Supply Chain to support operations.

**Tasks may include**:

- Overview 2nd and 3rd party audits in suppliers in accordance with our customers’ SLA.
- Monitor activities and maintain high quality of deliverables such as reviews of corrective action plans and reports, complete and accurate reports of their suppliers’ current level of compliance
- Maintain appropriate auditor credentials and manage qualifications
- Take an active role in new business opportunities/in maintaining the existing ones, supporting sales with the aim to develop current and future business
- Manage audit platforms for the region
- Facilitate the necessary interactions with the other company functions and services
- Ensure the delivery of supplier audits in the region with high quality and standards
- Ensure tight and proactive management of audit projects
- Regular updating and control of datasets with information submitted from internal and external parties
- Communication to external parties and stakeholders with regards to audit arrangements and results
- Collection and review of company data, audit results, reports
- Monitoring of performance indicators and customer requirements

Position Qualifications:
**Demonstrated track record in the following areas**:

- Knowledge of social audits based on internationally recognized schemes and initiatives (SMETA, ABVTEX, SLCP, others) or based on company’s social compliance internal programs
- Knowledge of quality standards in Food and Personal Care industry.
- Good ability in handling project deadlines and KPIs
- Direct relations and interaction with clients
- Data analysis and PowerBI
- Result oriented and with a high focus on delivery
- Ability to simplify and get things done
- Flexible and service-minded
- Relationship building excellence (internally and externally)
- Ability to interact and cooperate across other cultures
- A commitment to DNV’s leadership expectations, including results orientation, customer focus, respect, care, and foresight
- Necessary advanced written and verbal English communication skills.

**Key Performance Indicators**:

- Specific KPIs related to the tasks and responsibilities of the Supply Chain Services Analyst will be customer satisfaction. The performance versus KPIs will be followed up by the Operations Coordinator. The Operations Coordinator will perform an annual evaluation of the Analyst.
