The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. - Research and identify new business opportunities or new ways of reaching existing markets.
- Meet with the 3PLs and develop long-lasting relationships.
- Negotiate contracts and rate agreements with new and current providers.
- Support the development and execution of sourcing strategies considering cost and continuous improvements.
- Work with data to evaluate different scenarios for delivering efficiency considering the process, logistics and transport areas.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or Engineering.
- Experience in sourcing with a significant understanding of logistics service providers and transport operations.
- Previous experience leading negotiations and renegotiation of contracts.
- Great communication and writing skills to build effective relationships and influence decision making.
- Intermediate English level for communicating with regional teams.
- Advanced skills in MS Office, especially MS Powerpoint and MS Excel.
