**Main purpose of position**
Currently we are looking for a **IT Advisor **in São Paulo, Brazil to be part of our global team working together towards our vision - **Improving our future.**

As our **IT Advisor** you will be _Scatec IT’s main responsible for supporting the IT operation in full region of Latin America to ensure the users and assets have the tools they need to do the work of delivering renewable energy to the local market. The IT Advisor is facilitating Scatec’s IT infrastructure and ensuring that it follows the global standards and best practices_
**Main responsibilities**
- Create user accounts, assign licenses and permissions
- Configure computers for new users and give IT introduction to them
- Manage stock of hardware and accessories
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, connection, printer and software issues reported
- Handle hardware failure and warranty claims
- On-site and remote support when issues are not solved by Scatec’s global outsourcing partner
- Main contact person for IT related issues in Latam
- Negotiate and follow-up agreements with local vendors
- Active participation in Scatec’s Global IT Team
- Evaluate obsolescence and need of IT assets
- Others tasks ad-hoc of technology and digital nature

**Qualifications and competencies**
- Bachelor’s degree in IT
- IT Certifications within Microsoft, Azure, Cisco etc will be beneficial
- 3-5 years of experience with IT end users support / technical support
- Good knowledge of Windows, SharePoint, Office 365, Teams, iOS and Android
- Knowledge of networking and Windows server
- Language: Advanced English

**For the particular role we also expect**
- In other to interface with all stakeholders must be available to travel internationally mostly in region of hiring, including extensive car travel journey to sites when required.
