**Primary Purpose and Responsibilities**:
- Purpose Business Process Advisors are responsible for understanding Business requirements from their representatives (from regions, countries, local and global areas), translate it into Information Technology (“IT”) language and help to planning and executing the technology strategies to improve Business efficiency. The Advisor must be recognized as a technical expert in several IT disciplines.
- Act as a bridge between business representatives from the region and countries, as well as local and global IT areas.
- They support objective annual configurations, connecting operational goals to IT work, and ensuring objective quality definition.
- Be responsible for resource allocation, prioritization and be part of the escalation process / problems resolutions / project management They will enhance and support business driven continuous improvement and support the business.
**Main Responsibilities**
- Understand business priorities and reorganized/prioritize IT developments.
- Manage 3rd party teams. The desired skills should cover technical tasks such as system analysis, programming and customizing as well as Business acumen and understanding of complex processes scenarios.
- Support and/or define all the technical major updates and releases by coordinating and aligning with all involved areas. Plan within Business test strategies for implementation and consolidation/regression.
- Ensure alignment activities with Regional IT to keep Governance Processes.
- Ensuring Project Management Office PMO technique and methods are in place and followed where appropriate.
- Support or define all the major technical updates and releases by coordinating and aligning cross functionally. Plan together with business areas the implementation and consolidation/regression testing.
- Analyzing and Determining Security threats.
- Diagnosing IT system problems, inefficiencies, and weaknesses.
- Providing advice on technology best practices.
- Collaborating with the technical in-house team to ensure familiarity with technology. Understanding client’s business needs.
- Monitoring the success of IT solutions.
**Education**:
- Required Business administration, Computer Science or other equivalent degree Desired
- Postgraduation or MBA in Information technology
- SAP Certification
- PMI Certification.Azure Certification
**Experience**:
Required
- 5 years of support and project related and or leadership experience. Leadership experience should include working with a horizontal slice of the organization, across SBU’s or functions and with varying levels of management.
- 3 years of project leadership.

- Manufacturing companies experience
- 2 years team management
**Knowledge**:
Required
- Technical skills in SAP ( for SAP Team)
- Project management and change management skills
- Knowledge of design and implementation of business processes
- Effective communication
- English advance and Spanish desirable
