The Proposal Process Lead is a domain expert in processes and procedures for proposal operation. Identifies and communicates improvements in processes while adhering to defined standards, methods, and procedures; seeks feedback, advice, and clarification of processes to ensure the quality of work and efficiency. Manage and facilitates large cross-functional projects engaging multiple functions to achieve end-to-end process excellence.

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**
- Analyzes, plans, and implements process improvement needs and options.
- Evaluates and models existing processes.
- Organizes, leads, and facilitates cross-functional projects.
- Develops metrics that provide data for process management and indicators for future improvement opportunities.
- Collects data to identify root cause problems.
- Measures performance against process requirements, aligning improvement projects to close performance shortfalls.
- Provides consultation on the use of re-engineering techniques to improve process performance and product quality.
- Deploys plans from conception through to close.
- Support launch and deployment of special programs, productivity initiatives, and change management projects driven by BUs.
- Delivers presentations and training courses including measurement, analysis, improvement, and control courses.
- Work with Global & Regional Teams to support growth strategies.

**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or Operations.
- About (5) years of proposal development, project management or process improvement experience.
- English in a good communicative level, both spoken and written; Portuguese or Spanish will be a plus (depending on native country).
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills (written and verbal) to various levels of customer’s organization.
- Understand and use project management methodology.
- Lean, Kaizen or Six Sigma knowledge is desirable but not limitative.
- Understand Change Management principles.
- Hands-on facilitation of large end-to-end value streams.
- Ability to motivate and work with others.
- Ability to led by influence.
- Ability to develop consistent processes regionally.
- Capability of Managing Multiple Priorities.
- Organizes, leads, and facilitates cross-functional projects.
- Ability to work with cross functional teams and multicultural teams.
- Work with Global & Regional Teams and local stakeholders to implement improvements (tools, best practices, compliance, and procedures).
- Comply with Global policies, standards, procedures, and protocols.
