**ABOUT THE TEAM**:
**ABOUT THE ROLE**:

- Develop and employ creative and effective sourcing strategies that deliver a diverse and high-performing talent pool;
- Build hiring plans and Job Descriptions to meet increasing hiring needs for tech & corporate roles of all levels and domains;
**WHO YOU ARE**:

- Has a track record of working with Engineering Positions - especially focused on, Front-end, Back-end, Full-stack, and Data;
- You are energized about Sourcing and has the ability to bring creative and effective ways beyond LinkedIn (tech communities, GitHub and other tools);
- You have built effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and are recognized as a trusted advisor in recruitment matters;
- You have excellent prioritization skills - time management, handling multiple positions with different scopes;
- You are an excellent verbal communicator with exceptional written communication skills in Portuguese and English;
- You are comfortable using metrics such as OKRs;
- You have experience with ATS - preferably Greenhouse;
