Responsabilidades e Atividades:
- Condução de processos seletivos end-to-end de posições de diversos níveis e unidades de negócio da A&M;
- Mapeamento e hunting de perfis no LinkedIn;
- Gerenciamento e negociação de prazos e demandas com clientes internos;
- Priorização de vagas, olhar atendo às necessidades e dores do negócio;
- Avaliação de fit cultural, avaliação de competências e potencial dos perfis;
- Agendamento de entrevista e participação em reuniões diversas;
- Divulgação de vagas em canais diversos;
- Validação de proficiência em inglês;
- Relacionamento com diversas áreas internas.
**Requisitos**:
- Conhecimento e experiência anterior em Recrutamento & Seleção ou como Headhunter;
- Experiência com hunting e alta demanda de vagas;
- Conhecimento do pacote office (excel);
- Desejável experiência em empresas de consultoria;
- Inglês avançado;
- Espanhol desejável;
- Espírito de equipe, perfil colaborativo.
