**Responsabilidades e atribuições**
- Draft and review the sales, service and contruction contracts of projects, specifically related with Crane and Installation subcontractors
- Definition of strategies and costs of turbines installation
- Execute subcontract contract update and status follow up, keeping teams related to the contract in the same page. (the contracts include TSA, SAA and warranty and service extentions), appoint interfaces, control contract execution in the overall regional business, control risks.
- Set standards of internal transfer contracts and take charge in drafting and review of standardized files including PO, MOU, NDA, joint venture agreements, strategic cooperation, etc
- Support in contract negotiation with customers
- Responsible for drafting and issuing contract approval reports and contract abstract, specifically on Crane and Installation subcontractors.
- Commercial bidding documents support
- Commercial support on cost calculation and control
- Prepare and support the implementation of the annual sales base price
- Design and regulate quotation and contract review process, stablishing long term partnerships with key suppliers assuring favorable terms and conditions for the next years
- Optimization and solidification of quotation, contract files, contract review and other relevant documents.
- Guarantee the contract execution, supporting claims documents, Change Order.
- Smooth transistion from Commercial Area to Execution area related to Crane and Installation Contract. Acting before, during and after the contract signature.
**Requisitos e qualificações**
- Graduated in Engineer
- MBA preferred
- People management experience
- 6+ of Contract Management experience
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage subcontractors relationship
- Advanced Excel user
- Advanced Power BI User
- Excellent analytical skills, a passion for metrics and figures, and the ability to get into the details, while also seeing and understanding the big picture
- Strong skills in accessing and using analytical tools and modelling
- Strong interpersonal skills including written and oral communication skills
- Fluent in English and Portuguese
- Ambitious, want to succeed and be part of a great team
- Innovative with a commercial mindset
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects

What You Will Be Doing**

**Supporting the Commercial and Execution team in order to have best Contract Management for Goldwind, creating relationship and frame-agreements with main vendors, and also supporting Execution business to execute the contract in accordance with the law in a smooth transfer.**

**Visiting the Construction site “doing the work”: By getting your hands dirty with tasks that execution team do each day, you will draw simplification insights to make your processes world-class.**
