**Você está aplicando para a posição de Analista de R&S.**

**O que esperamos de você**:

- Conduzir processos de movimentação de pessoas (admissões, promoções, movimentações laterais, e desligamentos), sempre garantindo alinhamento com folha de pagamento;
- Colaborar e ou atuar no processo de integração de novos associados, prestando informações/ orientando sobre as rotinas, sistemas e processos da área de Operações de Pessoal;
- Elaborar relatórios e apresentações relacionados aos processos de Recursos Humanos (tais como: Análise Crítica, Resultados Trimestrais, Business Plan, indicadores de RH dentre outros), levantando e analisando informações.

- Superior Completo na área de Humanas, Psicologia, Administração, Direito e areas afins.
- Conhecimento profundo em processos de RH em atividades de R&S;
- Inglês avançado.
