**QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES**
- Experience in SAP Human Experience Management (HXM) products: SAP SuccessFactors (SF), SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP), SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) related areas as implementation or support consultant.
- Required knowledge of:

- Experience in HR hybrid cloud implementation projects. End-to-end business process knowledge of Core Hybrid architecture: SAP SF Employee Central, SAP ECP, SAP HCM.
- Experience supporting customers with SAP HCM components: PY, PA, OM, PT.
- Or Experience in SF Talent Management modules: PM & GM, RM, LMS, etc.
- Knowledge on Payroll Localization of Latin American countries is highly desirable.
- SF Employee Central / SF Employee Central Certification highly desirable.
- ABAP code optimization or other technical background not mandatory but desirable.
- Root cause analysis skills: troubleshooting, inconsistencies analysis, etc.
- English language: mandatory proficient spoken and written.
- Good presentation and communication skills for customer facing activities.
- Ready to travel for short term assignments.

**EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS**

As SAP Premium Hub Center of Expertise (CoE) consultant, you will support Latin American customers on their HR transformation projects using SAP Human Experience products: SAP SuccessFactors (SF), SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP); as well as lived customers that needs to optimize business process, monitor operations, upgrade existing systems, etc., through the support from SAP Premium Engagement services.

The CoE Human Experience Management (ECP / SF) Consultant must be able to accompany customers executing implementation projects of SF and ECP. Consultant will provide guidance and support across all SAP Activate phases to ensure a successful implementation project:

- As part of support provided in Explore and Realize phases, consultant must conduct interviews to understand business processes design and provide recommendations to stick to SAP Best Practices and SAP standard. Demonstrate the ability to plan, run, manage interviews, and review functional design documents (blueprint / workshops / meetings / user stories / workbooks).
- Propose recommendations to optimize business processes in Deploy phase, from technical and functional perspectives.
- Support customer to address issues reported during Run and operation phases.

**EDUCATION**
Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics or similar

**LOCATION**
SAP Labs Latin America, Sao Leopoldo, Brazil

**LANGUAGE SKILLS**
Portuguese - Fluent in both spoken and written (mandatory)

English - Proficient in both spoken and written (mandatory)

Spanish - desirable
