**Global Web Platform Support Manager - Mars Global Services - Guararema, Brazil**
The Global Web Platform Support Manager supervises and ensures that all public web sites (a.k.a. Digital Assets) from our CPG and corporate segments are maintained as per service level agreements, internal standards, and external regulations, while continuously increasing operational efficiency, optimizing operating costs and eliminating/preventing all inherent risks (legal, data privacy, reputation, security).
Role holder serves global, regional, and local marketing and corporate affairs stakeholders from the global functional executives down to the brands and communications teams for our CPG segments (Mars Food, Mars Multisales, Mars Wrigley, Petcare Nutrition) and corporate.
Role holder is responsible of the good implementation and continuous improvement of our digital assets operating model. Role holder is supporting the strategy from the head of digital assets operations aligned with CPG and corporate leaders for the technical operations and external providers (external partners) in scope of digital assets operations.
**What are we looking for?**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar analytical degree
- ITIL knowledge
- Professional experience in IT / Digital
Any experience (user, developer, architect ) with Web Content Management Systems (WCMS) and Digital Experience Platforms (DxP) such as Acquia/Drupal (preferred) is relevant and differentiative
- Experience with Agile and CI/CD solutions such as Microsoft AzureDevOps or Jira
- Experience with the use of IT Service Management (ITSM) solution in the context of operations and/or IT assets management (Service-Now preferred) is appreciated
- Experience in leading technical teams, either in development or operations is appreciated
- Ability to lead technical teams through the design and implementation of operational processes, manual or automated
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of classic and SaaS software licensing models
**What would be your key responsibilities?**
- Responsible for the digital assets operating model end to end. This means designing, deploying, encouraging & enforcing its adoption by service providers, as well as continuously improving the model in agreement with key stakeholders and internal partners.
- Promote and educate about the digital assets operating model towards stakeholders, brand teams and internal/external partners.
- Manage actively the landscape of service partners supporting digital assets with the goals to increase value-add and diminish operating costs.
- Manage relationships of multiple external service providers.
- Manage, measure, and report the performance of external service partners supporting digital assets, instilling a culture of continuous improvement driven by customer satisfaction and relevant key performance indicators.
- Ensure all partners supporting digital assets are meeting mínimal and mandated requirements in terms of IT security practices and standards, accreditations and training, service level agreements, and coverage of support prior to their onboarding.
- Ensure all partners supporting digital assets are going through a formal onboarding process and adhere to the operating model.
- Responsible for the execution of period closure financial activities such as accruals and recoveries acts
- Accountable to strengthen existing or implement new operational processes that prevents the deployment of regressions, vulnerabilities, and non-compliant changes in live assets.
- Identify and plan maintenance activities required for each web platform in scope.
- Lead an “evergreen” approach to continuously identify and implement opportunities (rationalization, migrations, upgrades, consolidations, optimizations ) to improve the benefits, costs, or value of the digital estate in scope of the role.
- Engage with a wide range of business stakeholders from the Marketing/Corporate affairs functions to share and discuss key indicators and insights, as well as to identify opportunities, data-driven, to improve or extend the added value of responsible services.
- Engage with all relevant stakeholders (business and Digital Technologies) to continuously improve operational excellence through the implementation of modern approaches on our web strategic platforms for example making increased use of DevOps pipelines, automation, and AI.
- Ensures that the agreed quality standards for digital assets are adhered to and that best practice is promulgated throughout the organization.
