**Procurement Assistant**:

Performs administrative support activities for the area, assisting in the monitoring and control of the acquisition of products, services and systems, in order to streamline the work flow, aiming to contribute to the achievement of the planned results.

**This position reports to**:
Procurement lead

**Your responsibilities**:

- Support the team in the process of acquiring products, services and systems, following the detailed guidelines received.
- Supports the team in the process of developing new suppliers.
- Supports the team in controlling KPIs.
- When necessary, makes purchasing orders settings in the system (SAP).
- Follows up on supplier delivery times and feeds this information into the system.
- Supports the team with requirements clarification with the requesting areas.

**Your background**:

- Technical education is required (technical high school diploma).
- Advanced English is required to contact suppliers globally.
- Some knowledge about electrical panels and switchgears is desirable but not mandatory.
- Previous experience in manufacturing companies is desirable but not mandatory.
