Job Description

The Procurement Assistant plays a crucial role in the acquisition of products, services, and systems to support business operations.


About You

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual with excellent communication skills to join our team as a Procurement Assistant. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and be proficient in English to interact with suppliers globally.


Your Responsibilities
  • Support the procurement team in acquiring products, services, and systems by following established guidelines.
  • Contribute to the development of new suppliers and maintain existing relationships.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates.
  • Making purchasing orders settings in the system (SAP) when necessary.
  • Follow up on supplier delivery times and update the system accordingly.
  • Collaborate with requesting areas to clarify requirements.

Requirements
  • Technical education required (technical high school diploma).
  • Advanced English skills required for global supplier interaction.
  • Some knowledge of electrical panels and switchgears is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing companies is desirable but not mandatory.
