Omio are excited to start the search for a part-time designer based in Brazil to lead the creation and production of marketing content for our upcoming launch. In this role, you’ll design compelling creatives across digital platforms, ensuring our messaging and visual identity resonates with the Brazilian market.

**Your role**
- Lead design execution for brand and marketing initiatives across web, app, and campaign assets.
- Adapt and implement brand guidelines to create engaging and locally relevant marketing content.
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels, acting as a guardian of our brand visual language localised for the Brazilian market.
- Develop outstanding creatives for omni-channel marketing campaigns resonating with Brazilian travelers.
- Manage multiple design projects efficiently, meeting deadlines and balancing priorities.
- Present work to internal and external stakeholders, gathering feedback and refining designs accordingly.

**Qualifications**
- 5+ years of experience in brand and performance marketing, especially in the Brazilian market.
- Awareness of local design trends and best practices in the Brazilian market.
- Strong visual storytelling skills, with experience in layouts, mockups, typography, icon design, and infographics.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, and Figma.
- Experience with automation tools, like Celtra, is a strong plus.
- Experience developing and maintaining a cohesive visual identity for brands.
- A creative thinker with a passion for driving visual excellence across marketing tactics.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and handle feedback constructively.

Fluent in Brazilian Portuguese and comfortable communicating in English with international teams.
**Additional Information**
- Fluent / mother tongue in Brazilian Portuguese and advanced spoken/written English
- Advise of the hours you are able to work, we are looking at, at least 50% per week.
