About the job

All the tasks are for the Cluster, which means, for the 3 countries, Brasil, Chile and Argentina

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Represent Corporate IT as a recognized service provider and enabling partner for the SCB businesses in the company.
- Build trustful relationships with local business and company management.
- Build trustful relationships with company users.
- Meet defined service level agreements for corporate and local IT services.
- Support corporate projects and initiatives.

About you

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

- University degree/ Education, preferably in Information Technology or any other related field.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a similar role within an international setting
- English proficiency, presentation, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Profound education and experience in IT infrastructure technology with focus on desktop computing (Microsoft platform) Need to have experience in IT support and is highly desirable to have retail background
- Team orientation, and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
