**JOB PURPOSE**

**WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE**
- Deliver operational results in warehousing and transportation, ensuring that business achieves S&OP targets;
- Manage all transportation agenda (load optimization, planning, control & execution);
- Lead Warehouse operations in Brazil, assuring high standards for safety, efficiency, costs, quality and inventory;
- Implement safety programs both for Transport (safe travel) and Warehouse;
- Work with Procurement defining best strategy and contracts with partners (carriers and Warehouse 3PL);
- Explore Digital & Automation solutions for transport and Warehouse operations;
- Evaluate and design new ways to serve the market (including e-commerce / last mile / fragmentation) with agility and superior service;
- Lead decarbonization agenda for logistics, with great focus on new transport technologies and alternative fuels;
- Implement new logistics footprints based on network review projects;
- Develop team members to become talents and leaders for Unilever (Logistics as a talent powerhouse).

**WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED**

**Experiences & Qualifications**
- Degree on engineering, business or administration is required;
- Master-Degree or MBA as desirable;
- Relevant previous experience in logistics: Warehousing and Transportation;
- Experience in procurement, planning or customer service may be an advantage as well as sound business acumen;
- Experience leading people and desire to learn continuously;
- Ability to navigate through different business scenarios;
- English / Spanish skills.
