**Advogado Sênior**

**Quais serão suas responsabilidades?**
- Fornece suporte jurídico geral aos negócios e/ou operações.
- Oferece conselhos jurídicos detalhados e suporte à gestão e colegas em negociações e transações com clientes, fornecedores e outras partes terceiras.
- Auxilia a equipe na implementação de políticas e na disseminação de informações regulatórias dentro da unidade operacional atribuída.
- Auxilia na coordenação de questões litigiosas.
- Fornece relatórios regulares sobre o status das questões legais em andamento.

**O que esperamos que você possua?**:

- Formação em Direito e OAB ativa
- Experiência comprovada em Direito Administrativo especialmente em Licitações e contratos com a Administração Pública, para atuação na análise, identificação e endereçamento de riscos e oportunidades legais;
- Apoio jurídico à equipe de licitação, documentação e técnica;
- Experiência em contratos complexos, públicos e privados, jurisprudência, legislação e regulamentação( SLA, responsabilidade, proteção de dados, penalidades etc.);
- Atuação prévia em ambientes corporativos ou escritórios com foco consultivo;
- Desejável conhecimento em governança corporativa, transparência pública e políticas de integridade;

- Abordagem proativa, excelente capacidade de comunicação oral e escrita, com habilidade para interagir com stakeholders internos e externos.
- Perfil analítico, com forte senso de responsabilidade.
- Integridade e profissionalismo.
- Visão comercial e tomada de decisão eficaz
- Proatividade, atenção aos detalhes, organização
- Capacidade de trabalho com alta demanda e múltiplas tarefas;
