We are a leading sports betting media group that strives to give sports fans entertaining and trustworthy betting experiences. As we expand our business to South America, we are looking for a UX Researcher to join our team in Rio de Janeiro.

As a UX researcher, you will be responsible for understanding the South America market. Your work will directly impact the development of our product and help us better serve our customers in this market. You will be responsible for generating new and useful user insights using various research methods. You will run and analyse continuous tests of key Better Collective products and features, plan, conduct, and analyse interviews with potential and existing users, create and analyse user surveys, build user journeys and personas, set up remote video tests, communicate insights, and incorporate feedback into solutions.

You will also be responsible for promoting the value of UX research and advocating for user-centred design practices among your colleagues in our new office in Rio de Janeiro. At the same time you will work closely with the rest of the team of UX Researchers and UX Designers, located in Copenhagen, Lisbon and Nís and as well as graphical designers, digital intelligence specialists and in general any stakeholders that are involved in a specific project.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct user research and generate new and useful user insights using various research methods
- Run and analyse continuous tests of key Better Collective products and features
- Plan, conduct, and analyse interviews with potential and existing users
- Develop research plans, design studies, and execute research activities, such as user interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- Build user journeys and personas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and engineers to translate research insights into product requirements and design recommendations
- Analyse and synthesise research findings and present insights to stakeholders
- Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date with best practices in UX research

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as human-computer interaction, psychology, sociology, or similar
- 1-2 years of experience in UX research, preferably in the sports or betting industry
- Knowledge of various research methods and tools
- Ability to plan, execute, and analyse research studies independently
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present research findings to stakeholders
- Fluent in Portuguese and English, both written and verbal
