**Job Description** What Your Impact Will Be***
- Support in the creation and follow up of the sales plan for Brazil in conjunction with the Sales Admin Manager, Sales and Country Manager, always aligned to the LATAM regional strategy.
- Continuous analysis of POS, avails, GS and bookings to detect potential opportunities within the country and be able to make adjustments to new business challenges.
- Constantly challenge the status quo of the Sales team looking for incremental business opportunities to help make better decisions.
- Demand planning Brazil;
- Follow-up and opportunity detection of priorities and tentpoles, taking care of objectives by channel, customer and total market.
**Qualifications** What We’re Looking For**:
- Demonstrated a growth mindset by staying curious and continuously learning, embracing challenges, and improving themselves
- Market trend analysis (Nielsen, GFK, NPD, Circana, etc);
- Consumption-based planning;
- Tentpole performance tracking and prioritization;
- GB/POS forecasting and tracking by brand and client/channel;
- Analytical and data driven thinking;
- Experience with leadership
- Fluent English level
- Advanced Spanish level
