Junior Project Manager

Join us as we actively recruit in these locations, offering a comfortable remote environment.We invite a skilled Project Manager to join our team and help us develop, improve, and maintain innovative fintech products for our client, an industry-leading payment processing solution provider offering merchant services to over 275,000 businesses in the US. Your responsibilities will include organizing and planning the work of two delivery teams under a brand-new sub-project, as well as performing various tasks that are part of the scope of Scrum Master’s functionalities.

**Is that you?**
- 1,5+ years’ experience in the Project Manager position
- People management experience (holding 1-1 meetings with the team, providing feedback, onboarding new team members)
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc). Experience in performing team's day to day activities: daily meetings, planning sessions, demo, backlog refinement;
- Experience in working with estimation techniques (Story Points, Three-point estimation, etc.)
- Good level of knowledge of Project Management documentation
- Excellent communication and skills, high self-organization, and proactivity
- Upper-Intermediate+ English level

**Desirable**:

- Scrum master certification;
- Experience in implementing team's performance metrics
- Experience in building charts/reports
- Experience in the fintech domain (working with card processing systems)

**Key responsibilities and your contribution**

As a Project Manager, you will focus on coordinating project activities with business objectives. Your responsibilities will include making sure that the team follows the processes that were previously agreed upon and keeping the team's work free of any obstacles and distractions.
- Utilize the best project management practices and systems to help achieve software-related objectives
- Plan and distribute project work among team members to ensure smooth and timely delivery
- Track project progress using appropriate tools and techniques
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation related to projects
- Conduct change, stakeholder, and risk management under more Senior manager supervision
- Assist with onboarding new team members
- Be involved with people management (motivation, personal development, career planning, etc.)
- Control project resources; report project plans and resilts to key stakeholders;
