The Enterprise Master Data Management team is responsible for governing, coordinating and maintaining critical master data and other data related to customers, products, vendors, chart of accounts and additional key data elements across Experian's enterprise systems, as well as managing the quality and integrity of the content of the Enterprise Corporate Data Lake as the foundation for world-class business intelligence, analysis, insights and reporting. Our team members are spread out between Chile, Malaysia, UK and the US.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Master Data Management DRM Developer role to support our Data Relationship Management (DRM) and Data Relationship Governance (DRG) platforms.

**What you’ll be doing**:
In Data Relationship Manager module:

- Running exports required for projects and BAU activities;
- Ensure all security / user changes are adequately authorized;
- Reviewing metadata change requests;
- Processing ad-hoc metadata requests;
- Ensure environments are cleansed on a regular basis to optimize system performance;
- Troubleshoot and aid any incidents raised within DRM - Reviewing code and metadata members to identify changes that are required;
- Developing batch scripting to automate processes to ensure that updates are seamless from source to reporting;
In Data Relationship Governance module:
Assist in the documentation and standardization of the DRG workflow models;
- Identify improvements to the user experience whilst improve the quality of the metadata and associated properties;
- Support the DRG Process for users and assist with any BAU issues that arise;
- Assist in the migration of code and signed off workflow changes;
- Creating scripts and formulas to drive logic and automation around requests for metadata items.

Qualificações**
More about you**:

- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Working experience in DRM and/or DRG or similar tools in the market;
- MS Office - Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint;
- Hands-on knowledge of SQL is a plus;
- Knowledge of financial reporting structures is advantageous;
- Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Strong attention to detail with ability to research and resolve complex problems;
- Strong organizational skills and judgement to plan and accomplish assigned goals;
- Efficiently communicates in English both in written and spoken;
- Highly motivated, self-starter and ability to work independently with mínimal supervision;
- Experience working virtually part time or full time;
- Experience in using code to create validations to increase data quality within the app.
