**Site Manager - Commercial Construction - Cladding Projects (Contract) x 5**

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Site Managers or Foreman to secure their next contract role. Our client is a well-established commercial construction company based in Melbourne. They have enjoyed continued growth for many years. As a result, this company has an urgent requirement for several experienced Site Managers to join their team for a 12 month contract role to successfully complete a variety of commercial cladding projects across the inner suburbs of Melbourne.

The responsibilities of this role are:

- Delivering the projects on time & budget
- Programming
- Conducting site inductions for staff and sub-contractors
- Managing and Coordinating all OHS on site
- Coordinate trades and deliveries on site
- Manage defects
- Liaising with sub-contractors, architects, and various stakeholders

Experience/Skills required:

- Prison experience would be beneficial
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Site Manager for a Commercial Builder in Melbourne
- Experience successfully delivering commercial cladding projects
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
