**YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO**:
Develop a mid & long-term business plan for Brazil and in collaboration with MKTG-MD, ensure that there is a sustainable growth.

Be the ambassador from vegetable business in Brazil, participating with the local CS team in all needed activities.

Owns the spending budget of the region and leads the effective allocation of resources that support sales growth.

Manages and develops commercial relationships with distributors and key customers in order to create a business partnership that will create value for both parts.

Owns the demand signal and partner with PS in order to have a balanced agreement in between demand and supply.
- Responsible for the communication of demand to the rest of the organization and for the mid
- and long-term view of the business in the region.
- In charge of the negotiation of the yearly sales plans as well as the Price strategy together with marketing.
- Leads the relationship with distributors and key customers, developing high level business relationships with the decision makers in the go to market scheme.
- Member of the SLT representing the region in all commercial topics as well as people, communication and strategic SAM conversations.
- Touch point for MD, Marketing and Customer engagement in the region for all day-to-day issues and commercial processes.
- Participation in all S&OP cycle by being the key source of information for all processes and analysis.
- Other functions within the role:_
- Active participation in the development and implementation of selected global projects.
- Seminis representative for Brazil and its SBR.
- Responsible for coordinating efforts with CP towards having an integrated offer for our growers.
- People development through influence ensuring a strong people pipeline.

**ARE YOU READY FOR THE POSITION?**
- Bachelor degree is required;
- Strong previous experience leading and influencing cross-functional/cultural teams is a must;
- Experience in Ag business is mandatory, working in business areas, as commercial, marketing or product management is highly desirable;
- Good communication skills;
- Strategic thinking;
- Ability to influence all levels in the organization;
- Advanced/Fluent English and Portuguese required. Spanish is desirable;
- The role includes 50% local and international travel;
- Location: Campinas/SP
