The Global Procurement team facilitates multi-billion dollar annual purchases across 4 major sourcing hubs including Americas, EMEA, and Asia. TikTok's Americas Procurement (Procurement AMS) manages the purchasing activities of all indirect categories for North and South Americas. The primary indirect categories include: Real estate & Facilities, Office Supplies, Physical & Cyber Security, Marketing, IT, Professional and Supply Chain services. **Key Responsibilities**: - Strategic Sourcing Analysis: Cultivate category intelligence and insights through comprehensive global sourcing analysis and research. - Vendor Management: Develop a robust vendor pool by employing appropriate procurement evaluation tools and processes, such as formulating sourcing strategies, conducting RFx processes, negotiating contracts, and managing partnerships. - Procurement Solutions: Offer optimal procurement solutions and practices, including portfolio management, total cost analysis, risk assessment, and project timing forecasting to support our business units. - End-to-End Procurement: Oversee the entire procurement cycle, encompassing contract negotiation and execution, monitoring project deliverables and milestones, establishing supplier performance management programs, and instituting business allocation policies and procedures to manage supplier obligations and violations. - Procurement Efficiency: Drive procurement efficiency by establishing framework contracts, rating cards, catalog and punch-out solutions, and other innovative practices. - Stakeholder Partnerships: Foster constructive and enduring partnerships with key business stakeholders and develop an in-depth understanding of each supported business unit. - Relationship oriented. Builds effective relationships with internal cross functional stakeholders (business teams, legal, accounting..etc) and external partners to drive positive results and influence business improvements. - Interpret data to understand business opportunities and the ability to connect internal and external partners to explore opportunity feasibility. - Strong negotiation skills. Ability to negotiate commercial terms to ensure optimal results on all costs, payment terms, SLAs, KPIs. **Qualifications**: - Procurement Expertise: Strong foundational knowledge of procurement processes, including procure-to-pay and end-to-end processes, along with proficiency in related systems. - Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to leverage both internal and external resources and intelligence to independently develop optimal procurement solutions. - Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Advanced proficiency in English is mandatory. Proficiency in Spanish is considered an additional asset. - Desired experience in dealing with Latin America countries, managing and delivering regional projects when required.
